Sofia Patenaude, Sarah Boisvert, and Vi Desjardins came from Montréal to study Vadodara.

They chose the Vishwamitri as their lens.
They are part of Designing Resilience in Asia 2025, an international research competition that asks architecture students to understand how cities respond to environmental and cultural pressure. They chose this city. And they chose the river.

The Vishwamitri floods. It shelters crocodiles. It marks boundaries between neighbourhoods that have little else in common. It carries decades of memory about how this city has grown, and what it has lost.

They sat here for an hour and asked questions we rarely get asked. What came out of it was simple: design in this city may or may not be resilient. The people always are.

We are glad they stopped here.

Solid sheesham in Rich To***co. 4mm extra clear glass on three sides. Mild steel pedestal base in satin metallic PU. Emerald green velvet interior. Aluminum profile natural daylight LEDs. Laser cut brass branding. Integrated display screen in a sheesham frame.

Gemini: 48 x 24.8 x 81.5 inches. Strata: 36 x 24.8 x 81.5 inches.

From an AI reference image to two finished showcases at an airport terminal. That is what custom manufacturing looks like.

Aaloki by CH. Two jewellery display showcases for Vadodara Airport.

The brief arrived as an AI generated image. Siddhant Mandaliya, the promoter of CH Jewellers, designed his own vision and brought it to us to build.

We engineered two freestanding pedestal showcases in solid sheesham wood with a Rich To***co finish. The Velexia Gemini at 48 inches wide and the Velexia Strata at 36 inches wide, both standing 81.5 inches tall on mild steel bases finished in satin metallic PU.

Each unit features 4mm extra clear glass panels on three sides with a hinged front door, teak veneer back panel, emerald green velvet lining, aluminum profile natural daylight LED strips, an integrated display screen with a sheesham frame, and laser cut brass "Aaloki by CH" lettering mounted on the front glass.

You'll plan the weekly calendar, shoot on your phone, push the founder (that's me) to show up on camera every week, coordinate with videographers, and post across all three brand accounts.

This isn't a "schedule posts and go home" role. You'll be in the showroom, in the WhatsApp groups, inside the story every day.
