we are looking for enthusiastic telesales executives for our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
●Research and recommend prospective clients for new business.
●Analyze new sales options.
●Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
●To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
●Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
●Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
●Able to manage large amounts of incoming phone calls or inquiries.
●Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
●Enter and update customer information in the database
●Build relationships with existing users and new clients.
●Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
●Build a network and meet store operators/ clients to achieve targets.
Required Skills:
●Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
●Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
●Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
●Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills (Oral and Written) English, Hindi & Gujarati.
●Strong convincing skills to convert customer.
●Inbound/outbound process/ Tele sales.
●Multi-Tasking personality.
●Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
●Basic Computer skills- MS excel, Word.
Qualification:
-Any Graduate
Required Experience:
-Fresher to 2 year in sales and support.
