Rasa Perceptions evolved from a personal need while searching for quality products in the city and realising that there were not many options available. All that one would see while travelling abroad, in magazines, in movies, on TV would remain a fantasy without being able to lay hands on these beautiful products to use and decorate. The option to import became troublesome; dealing with the many shops to buy the products, consolidating the same and shipping it to India and the fear of the products getting damaged. The entire exercise, to get a few products became very time consuming and exhorted a feeling of tiring waste instead of a delightful experience. Our problems, we felt were the problems of many and hence evolved Rasa Perceptions. All products brought into the store are individually selected and inspected for design and quality and its international flavour. Quality inspection starts from visiting the manufacturer, understanding the production flow, inspecting the quality control procedures, choice of materials, quality of raw materials used, finishing process and all, that would contribute to the making of a fine product.
