•Rehabilitation of Darya Khan Tomb area - 14 Acre Green Area. Project Cost
•Estimated Project cost including 30 years maintenance for Residential - 4264 Crores
•Period of completion 60 months.
•Project cost is met through the lease sale of Office (10% of total FAR permissible under MPD-2021) and 10% of the built up residential space for an initial period of 30 year only to Govt. Departments, Ministries, PSUs etc.
•The project (Residential) will be maintained by NBCC for 30 years for which cost is already build in project cost.
•Self sustainable, no financial burden on the exchequer.
•Lease sale receipts are received in an Escrow account maintained by capital management committee of MoUD.

The RBG Office Kidwai Nagar has celebrated the “Vigilance Awareness Week” from 30.10.2017 to 04.11.2017 and conducted various events / activities from 30.10.2017 to 03.11.2017
For observance of Vigilance awareness at Redevelopment of east Kidwai nagar, NBCC India Ltd organized
1. All the officers / employee posted at Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar Project were assembled in front of gate at 10.00 A.M. on 30.10.2017 and taken INTEGRITY PLEDGE. It was also directed to all the employee to go through Integrity pledge link on NBCC website and take e pledge.
2. A lecture on subject “Preventive Vigilance” was organized at Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar Office with the help of Vigilance Division, Head Office. The lecture was delivered by Shri Surjit Singh, Ex-Director, CVC and has been attended by all the Officers of Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar Project as well as the Sr. Officers deputed at Local Shopping Centre.
3. A number of events like Slogan Competition, Essay writing, poster competition on “MY VISION – CORRUPTION FREE INDIA” was organized at N.P. Model Sr. Secondary School, East Kidwai Nagar from 30.10.2017 to 03.11.2017 with co-ordination of RBG (EKN). The different events were organized on different dates by school authority. The prize distribution ceremony was organized on 03.11.2017 where officers of Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar distributed the prizes to winner students of different category.

New Delhi: With public sector construction major National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) making rapid strides in business volumes and diversification over the last four years to become ‘Navratna’, its Chairman and Managing Director Dr.A.K.Mittal has been conferred the ‘SCOPE Leadership Excellence Award’ in individual category. President Shri Pranab Mukherjee presented the Award to Dr.Mittal for his leadership and contribution to the growth of NBCC on Tuesday.

Dr.Mittal took over as CMD of NBCC in 2013 and since then the company’s turn over increased by over 80%, order book rose by 417%, market capitalisation shot up by 1,000% to Rs.16,200 cr. Recent disinvestment of NBCC fetched the Government Rs.2,200 cr.

Dr.Mittal aligned the company’s business profile with various flagship programmes of the Government seizing the business opportunities. NBCC’s succesful implementation of self-financing based redevelopment of Government residential colony at New Motibagh in New Delhi and East Kidwai Nagar got the company associated with Rs.35,000 cr similar redevelopment projects of the Ministries of Urban Development and Health and Family Welfare.

Dr.Mittal took the initiative of floating subsidiaries for various business verticals like Operation & Maintenance, Enginering and Consultancy, Environment and Energy and Overseas Operations.

NBCC is partnering with several foreign companies from the USA, UK, South Korea, Russia, Hungary, Turkey, Malaysia and Oman.
