MET Bhujbal College Cultural Event – Utsav 2026
Virasat
Our 4th Round was a tribute to the rich textile heritage of Maharashtra, with special inspiration drawn from the exquisite Paithani sarees of Yeola. The round beautifully celebrated the intricate weave, vibrant colours, fine silk threads, luxurious texture, traditional weaving techniques, and timeless motifs that define this royal fabric and reflect the essence of Maharashtrian culture.
From the authentic Nath and Chandra Kor Tikli to the elegant Khopa, Panjan, Hirva Chuda, and traditional Kolhapuri chappals — every detail was thoughtfully curated and perfectly styled. The entire presentation reflected richness, colour, grace, and pure elegance.
The fabrics used for this round included Pure Silk, Silk, Brocade, and Paithani borders, enhancing the grandeur and authenticity of the collection.
