Tractors India Private Limited (TIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of TIL Limited and is responsible for the entire Caterpillar business of Construction, Mining and Power Systems Solutions. As a wholly owned subsidiary of TIL, TIPL follows the same vision of being a Total Solutions Provider, focusing on India’s Infrastructure growth opportunities and leveraging Rentals and Used Equipment business.

Aimed at getting closer to our customers with enhanced personalized focus , thus providing more efficient and quicker service, the new realigned structure of TIPL is now spread across four Territories- equipped to deliver maximum value and greater service to our customers.

We bring the global concept of providing Equipment on Rent for construction, mining and power applications. We have a number of Branch Sales Outlets, besides six Rental Stores in Asansol, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Sahibabad and Udaipur. These Branch Sales Outlets and Rental Stores offer new and relatively new Rental Equipment and reliable Used Equipment with an option to rent or buy. There is also and option to rent or buy Allied Products like Mobile Flood Light Towers from these Rental Stores. Product Support

We are committed to provide differentiated, innovative service through which our customers derive maximum equipment productivity. Some key elements of TIPL's service solutions are initial equipment consultancy, investment analysis, engineers on call for site visits, component repair, complete machine rebuild, ready parts availability and customer and operator training. The customer support agreements (CSA) and maintenance and repair contract (MARC) provide guaranteed equipment availability at a fixed cost with the objective to deliver the highest asset uptime and lowest cost of operation over the entire product life cycle. Our state-of-the art 50,000 sq ft Component Rebuild Center[CRC] at Asansol, West Bengal, designed to efficiently restore engine and drive-train components to factory standards is another tool of business excellence aimed at providing immense value to the customers by helping him reduce the owning and operating cost of his machines. The innovative and differentiated solutions provided by TIPL ensure we retain our customers through out the life cycle of their business and making them more profitable.
