Front Office Executive / Office Administrator

You will be responsible for the following:
Attend all the calls, respond to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
Greet the visitors at the office. Register their contact information.
Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
Provide assistance to the heads in the administration department.
Hire new staff when ever and where ever needed.
Check the inflow and out flow of stock and other material.
Pay rent, salaries, bills and all other expenses made for the company.
Min Experience : 0 yrs.
Max Experience : 3 yrs.
Good communication skills (verbal English / Hindi, written English)
Qualifications : Not necessary.
Office Timings : 9AM to 8PM (Mondays Holiday)
Gender : Female.
Salary:
Freshers - 8,000/- Per Month after 2 Months Training
1 Year Exp - 10,000/- Per Month after 1 Month Training
2 Years Exp - 12,000/- Per Month after 1 Month Training
3 Years Exp - 15,000/- Per Month after 1 Month Training
