The Lune Living

The Lune Living The Lune Living is a premium craft-led design house, rooted in the strength of Brutalism and Mid-Century Modern.

Each piece is developed through an interplay of memory, material and movement. We honour heritage not by replicating but by reinterpreting it.

Mysterious & Witty

Some things are better revealed than explained.

Stambh is taking shape slowly, deliberately, and with a little mystery left intact. A form that asks you to look twice, notice the details, and perhaps wonder what’s coming before we tell you.

We’re not revealing much just yet.

Consider this the first clue.

Stambh is coming soon.

From body markings to a language of form.

The Rewa Table Lamp draws its geometric detailing from the tattoo traditions of the Konyak people, where markings historically carried meanings tied to identity, status and social distinction.

The making reveals how these references enter the object through considered craftsmanship, before the final piece brings them into contemporary form. For Lune Living, the collection places cultural reference at the centre of design, with purpose beyond aesthetics

The Aro Table Lamp by Lune Living draws from the visual language of Konyak culture, translating its raw materiality and ancestral symbols into a refined sculptural form. Dark timber, handworked brass faces and time-honoured motifs give the piece a presence that feels both elemental and considered.

Part of a collection rooted in cultural preservation, Aro brings traditional craft into contemporary living not as nostalgia, but as a living language. A functional object carrying the weight, texture and memory of a culture forward.

For the Konyak tribe of Nagaland, masks are more than ceremonial objects they embody identity, ancestry, and a rich warrior heritage. Worn during rituals and festivals, every carved feature and ornament reflects spiritual beliefs, cultural memory, and traditions preserved across generations.

At Lune Living, we believe documenting indigenous cultures is a step towards their continuity ensuring these legacies remain visible, valued, and carried forward through awareness and appreciation.
