“Nautical Reef is not just any collection.

It is about a specific quality that the ocean produces over a long time — the smoothness of driftwood, the weight of coastal stone, the way water shapes things without hurrying. The Driftwood Console carries that in its name and in its form. The Doh Console in the way it sits low and unhurried.

These are pieces for rooms that make people slow down without knowing why.

The Serpentine gets its name from the form.

The line runs from the back of the chair down through the legs without interruption — one continuous movement in solid timber that takes considerable skill to make and looks, when it is right, completely effortless.

This one is in a home in Bengaluru. It is the first thing guests ask about when they walk in.

The grain pattern on this surface belongs to one tree, grew over decades, and will never be replicated. Indie Genes draws from tribal jewellery — not as a theme or an aesthetic reference, but as a genuine design language.

The geometry that carries centuries of meaning in every carved line. The weight that comes from something made with considerable intention. The Jasper Bed, the Caravan Sofa, the Alara Bench, the Koa Room Divider — each one shaped by that vocabulary and built in solid wood in Bengaluru.

Some spaces carry their weight in silence.
At Rehethaan, Gandhidam by .lab , the Sylvan Table does exactly that — its base of hand-shaped wood barrels drawing from the geometry of bamboo groves, the black stone top resting above it with an ease that feels entirely inevitable.

Around it, the room settles. The light holds. Nothing competes.

The last thing you see before you sleep and the first thing you see when you wake up should be something worth looking at.

The Jasper Bed was made for that moment. Four solid wood posts, a headboard upholstered in fabric that carries the geometry of Indie Genes, and a frame built low and wide enough to feel like the room was designed around it.

Hoo began as an ornament. Something worn, something carried, something passed down.

Inspired by the tribal ear adornments of the Indie Genes collection, Hoo takes that language and suspends it from a ceiling - solid ash wood shaped into a form that curves and loops with unmistakable intention, leather fringe gathered at its waist, a single warm light breathing through the bell of its body. It is a pendant light the way a piece of jewellery is an accessory - technically functional, but really something else entirely.

Serpentine doesn’t ask to be the most interesting thing in a room. It just always is.

Carved from solid ash wood, every curve in this chair was shaped with a single intention - to move the way a serpent moves. Fluid, deliberate, and full of presence. The base coils beneath the seat like something mid-motion, the backrest rising with a grace that makes the whole piece feel alive.
