A batch of our timber about to go into a kiln for two weeks to be dried.

Just produced our very first 'prototype' steakstones today!

They need a little finishing with mineral oil then they are ready to go.

Took a lot longer than we thought for to get these pieces ready, but really enjoyable and we have learnt so much in the process and I reckon we have a lot more to learn, but all good!

Anyway we will be testing the market with our bread boards, cheese boards and steak stones at the Marley Park Markets in July between the concerts and online on our website www.wicklowwindfalls.com.
