WHAT IS A FIRE DOOR?

A fire door is specially designed to slow the spread of fire and smoke, helping to protect people, property, and escape routes.

Unlike standard doors, fire doors are tested as a complete system—including the door leaf, frame, seals, and hardware—to ensure they can perform under extreme heat.

They are rated by how long they can resist fire, most commonly EI30 (30 minutes) or EI60 (60 minutes), giving valuable time to escape safely.

What a fantastic two days at the Dublin Hardware Show 2026 at the RDS on the 15th & 16th of February! 🎉

We were proud exhibitors at this year’s show, showcasing Deanta Doors and Henley Stoves — and what a great success it was!

The turnout was incredible, with a fantastic crowd of industry professionals, valued stockists, and end customers visiting our stand across both days. It was brilliant to meet so many of you, strengthen existing relationships, and introduce our latest ranges and innovations.
