An Bord Pleanála riddled with corruption

The report that looked into An Bord Pleanála and investigated former deputy chair Paul Hyde has been sent to the Gardaí and the DPP.

This means that those on the team believe that Mr Hyde has possibly broken the law by not declaring his personal interests.

Mr Hyde made numerous decisions on the board in favour of big developers.

There's now even more questions to be asked about decisions made by An Bord Pleanála and the whole of the planning system.

We need a planning system that works for our communities, not for the profits of the big developers.

Socialists would make all planning officials elected by the people and subject to recall.

Making 804.
Clause 804 is used as a blinding or finished surface on top of a base material (e.g. Clause 616). This is a gravel type material which is extracted directly off the face/top of the gravel pit. Clause 616 consists of big stones down to a fine gravel. Its primary use is as a base material for roads, yards, slabs etc.
