One of our favourite media unit projects, recently fitted for a family of five in Co. Waterford.

This space was built around vinyl, sound, and atmosphere.
But it also had to work for real life.

So behind the warm oak and soft lighting…
there’s storage doing serious work.

Records above.
Board games below.
Life happening in between.

Because the best spaces don’t just look good…
they live well.

This one’s all about balance.
Warmth, texture, and clean modern lines working quietly together.

A stunning, subtle wall light supplied by Aoki Interiors, adds soft, remote-controlled ambient glow without stealing the show.
Integrated cabinet LEDs and under-cabinet lighting, by Lucas Led Lighting Specialist, add that quiet glow you only notice when it’s done right.
The electric fire brings instant warmth and atmosphere.
Sleek graphite handle-less doors keep the base calm and uncluttered.
And the Acu panel wraps seamlessly around the existing chimney breast, turning what was there into something intentional.
