As the days get longer, so do our opening hours ☀️ 🔥

We’re kicking off our extended summer hours by opening this Wednesday and Friday evening, 5pm - 8pm.

More daylight. More sea dips. More sauna.

⭐️Appreciation Post ⭐

Just wanted to say a big thank you to both Laoise and Chloe, who’ve been absolute sauna stalwarts over the last few months!

Not only are they amazing sauna hosts, but they’re also fully qualified lifeguards who will be back keeping everyone safe in Rathmullan again this summer from next weekend onwards.

Thankfully for us, they’re not disappearing completely and will still be helping out with some early morning and late evening sauna sessions.

We’re very lucky to have them both on The Swilly Sauna Team!
