We’re so proud of our relationship with St Brigids GFC Ballinacree and delighted to support a club that means so much to the local community. 💙 🩵

This video really captures why that relationship is so important to us, from the generations of families involved with the club to the role sport plays in bringing a community together.

And of course, we couldn’t talk about performance without talking about sleep!
Good quality sleep is a vital part of recovery, helping the body repair and recharge after training and matches. 🛏️ 🏐

A huge thank you to Hugh, Martin, the St Brigid’s GFC team and everyone involved in bringing this video together. It was great fun filming together, and we think the finished piece really captures the connection between Briody Beds and the club.
