A beautiful kitchen we completed recently. This kitchen and bootroom was carefully considered by the home owner to create a lovely cottage feeling. The cabinets are made entirely from solid wood with Oak veneered Birch plywood carcasses and solid Oak dovetailed drawers with Irish Beech worktops. It was a amazing kitchen to be commissioned to make as we especially love using solid timbers in our cabinetry.
The Blue Folly paint looks even better in reality and was a great choice to compliment the existing flooring and the pinewood ceilling.

HI all would anyone have any old preused Polycarbonate Acrylic or Tivar sheets in any colour that they would sell, ( they don't need to be perfect, seconds will be fine) I need 16 pieces of 1450mm x 540mm and seconds will suit perfect and save me buying new when it's not necessary 😉 tivar is a hard type of plastic that's available in sheets apparently 🤷

A recent piece designed and created to fit under a stairs in a hallway for a fabulous home. This piece was created out of wind blown Laragh Oak and Oak from Dublin Airport redevelopment over 10 years ago. The timber was planked and dried and waited on a suitable project to be commissioned. The Top is amonia fumed to achieve the dark colour and the legs were painted in a Fleetwood paint colour French Grey.

Handmade boot room bench made from Oak from Dublin Airport expansion over 10 years ago and paired with wind blown Laragh Oak from Storm Ophelia. We were lucky to get these Oak logs and have them planked and dried and ready for this special boot room bench for a stunning historic property. We desigined this bench to be a welcoming functional piece in an entrance hallway. Inspired by Thomas Chippindale spade feet chairs in the design of this piece featuring a beaded curved apron rail, it is constructed with mortise and tennon and housing joints, we added a little extra detail with domed head dowels through the joints. The piece is Ammonia fumed to achieve an authentic aged patina and finished in a traditional Linseed Oil based finish which enhances the medullary rays in the quarter sawn top.

A bookcase we made recently installed into a fabulous period home. We created this breakfront style bookcase to sit nicely inside the beaded framed arched details on a landing space. The breakfront style worked really well in this space and caters for a collection of large and small books and art pieces to be displayed.
We used traditional saw tooth shelf adjustability details and incorporated LED lighting. This piece is made out of solid wood throughout and handpainted in Fleetwood paint.

Delighted to get some recent pictures of a dining table we completed before Christmas with a new set of chairs made by Brian Walsh a woodworker i trained with in Ashford during my apprentship. We made this piece out of quarter sawn Irish Oak, we created a pod base with fluted details and added some cabinet storage and put 4 drawers in the table apron.
A great collaboration of other craftspeople including a local upholsterer and a wood finisher to create a heirloom dining set.
