Something a little different from a few weeks ago. Replacing a damaged plywood floor in a van with high quality 12mm WBP plywood. Sealed with silicone to help prevent rot.

A recent little display shelf for a restaurant made to fit in a refrigerator display unit. The display is made from walnut veneered MDF with features solid wood edging and finished with a natural oil.

A recent dovetail box. Made using solid walnut and hand cut dovetail joints. Hinged using solid brass butt hinges. The top features a marquetry top. There is a movable drawer that features removable dividers and a leather lined base to protect the content.

A recent small batch of bottle stoppers with dovetail boxes. The stoppers are made using high quality polished tips and walnut handles with a durable finish. The boxes feature hand cut dovetails and are made from beech and are finished with a natural oil. @ Galway, Ireland

Our Story

My name is Cian and I am founder and owner of Crafted Wood Products Ltd. I set up my company when I was 16 years old. I am currently studying a B.Sc. in Furniture and Wood Technology at the National Centre of Excellence for Furniture Design and Wood Technology in Letterfrack, ideal located in the depths of picturesque Connemara in the west of Ireland. I have a passion for wood and design. I have a very simple philosophy when it comes to woodwork, built to it last. I use a verity of modern and traditional manufacturing techniques to produce furniture of the highest standard possible.

I have worked in a number if high end joinery's where I picked up my craft and I am currently honing my skills in Letterfrack.
