The Rolls-Royce of cutting surfaces. Butcher Blocks are made with the end-grain wood of the tree . The End-Grain of the wood opens when the knife blade strikes and then closes after the blade leaves the block ensuring that your knives stay sharper for longer and the block lasts much longer .
