The government need to WAKE UP now.
This is out of hand.
Please share this so The Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphy realises something drastic needs to be done.

More rent hikes on the way, lining the pockets of vulture funds that Simon Coveney “will think about taxing if they continue to bulk buy”.
How can this be a reality?!

Developers are planning to build at least 2,800 build-to-rent apartments in Dublin city alone, according to an analysis of applications lodged since the beginning of the year.
