After having a disaster of a week with technology I've managed to get everything sorted after a lot of deleting, installing and updating..

I seem to be having issues accessing my messages in the business suit and when I switch to messenger no new messages are appearing, please bare with me while I try to fix this as I can't see any new messages since Monday.
