THE KITCHEN PORT SMART TV GIVEAWAY PROMOTION - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Offer Overview
• The promotion (“Offer”) allows eligible customers who successfully pay a qualifying deposit during the promotional period to receive one (1) Smart TV, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Offer is time-limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or modified in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Promotional Period
• The Offer is valid from 19 January 2026 to 28 February 2026, inclusive.
• Deposits made outside this period do not qualify, regardless of payment date or processing delays.
3. Eligibility
• Only one customer / one household is eligible.
• Open only to customers who:
o Are 18 years or older.
o Are legal residents of the Republic of Ireland.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of The Kitchen Port are not eligible.
• Customers must provide valid contact information and proof of identity
4. Qualifying Conditions
• To qualify for the Offer, the deposit must relate to a single order with a minimum invoice value of €6,000 (inclusive of VAT).
The deposit must be:
o Successfully processed and not reversed, disputed, or refunded.
o Paid using approved payment methods only.
• If the deposit is later refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the customer forfeits eligibility for the Smart TV.
• Order must remain active (not cancelled) for minimum 30 days after February 28, 2026
• Customer must complete full payment within 60 days of deposit
5. Smart TV Details
• The Smart TV:
o Will be one unit per customer, regardless of number of deposits made.
o Brand, model, screen size, specifications, and colour are subject to availability.
o Images used in social media / marketing are for illustration purposes only.
• Details of the TV:
o 43” LG Smart TV (or similar brand / model)
o Approximate retail value: €350
o No cash alternative or prize substitution
• The Kitchen Port reserves the right to substitute the Smart TV with a product of comparable value and functionality if this model is unavailable.
• The Smart TV is:
o Non-transferable
o Non-exchangeable
o Not redeemable for cash or store credit
6. Fulfilment & Delivery
• The overall purchase / total invoice must be completed in full in order for the TV to be collected or delivered to the customer.
• If the underlying order is cancelled after the Smart TV has been issued, The Kitchen Port reserves the right to require the return of the Smart TV in unused condition or to deduct its retail value from any refund, subject to applicable consumer law.
• Delivery terms:
o The Kitchen Port is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• The customer is responsible for installation or wall-mounting of the TV.
• Risk of loss or damage to the Smart TV passes to the customer upon collection or confirmed delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
• Customers must inspect the Smart TV upon delivery or collection and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours, supported by photographic evidence.
7. Misuse, Fraud & Disqualification
• The Kitchen Port reserves the right to:
o Verify eligibility and payment details.
o Disqualify customers who provide false information, attempt to abuse the promotion, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Offer may result in cancellation without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
o The Kitchen Port is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Offer.
o The Kitchen Port makes no warranties regarding the Smart TV beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The Kitchen Port is not responsible for the Smart TV after the customer takes possession of it.
• Any disputes subject to Irish law
• The Kitchen Port’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer shall be final subject to the customer’s statutory rights.
9. Modification or Cancellation
• The Kitchen Port reserves the right to:
o Modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time if required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Any changes will not affect customers who have already qualified under these Terms.
10. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
11. Acceptance of Terms
• Participation in the Offer constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
