Bisamake Makerspace We help build prototypes as well as offer custom 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving services. We do not allow refunds due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions for custom works:
By placing and order and submitting a deposit you agree to our terms and conditions. You hereby understand that the items you are ordering are made-to-order items created specifically for your order. Once your order is placed we do not allow changes in sizing, material or artwork, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overloo

ked. If you receive an order item from us that is incorrect you may contact us: [email protected] with your order details and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered. The inherent understanding for custom made goods is that there is a no-refund policy, once payment has been made.
