Apartment „BOANACA“ , have separate entrance, terrace and free parking (closed parking area with gate).It is situated in a quiet part of the town, only 15 min walking from the centre and from the beach. Nearless you have caffe bar ,supermarket and restoran.
- apartment(A1) is on the ground floor. It is composed of one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds a living room , equipped kitchen,
bathroom and 2 balkony/terrace with sitting places.The size of the balconies are 15 and 8 m2. There is a satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection. The GAS-grill is on wheels, you can have a barbecue
where you most comfortable and
is available to all the guests. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with no trafic,
just perfect to relax and sleep well. Our apartments are situated in one of the most popular parts
of Rovinj, Carmelo, a peaceful residential area only 10 minutes walk from some of the nice Rovinj beaches with
a beautiful view of the old city, and 15 minutes walk from the Old town. The closest market is only 5 minutes away
as is the first restaurant and coffee bar and a children play ground. We are open all year round and would be happy to help
