Brand new house with 4 comfortable apartments located in Podstrana, seaside village, just 8 km from ancient city of Split. Apartments have separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, air condition,
2 balconies, Lcd Tv and free wifi internet. House is 80 m far from the sea, there is passage under the road, made for pedestrians, which leads directly from the house to the beach. Along the beach you will fin

d a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café's offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 15-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 15 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartments come with all the amenities you would need and comforts of home.

For those with a car, we are less than 10-min drive from Split, Dalmatian metropolis and Croatia's second largest city. Enjoy some of the sights, food, tradition and heritage of this great city! If a car is not your means of transportation then you can utilize the bus stop just across the street from our apartment. Buses run every half an hour and will take you to the very center of Split or other place along the coast like Omis, Makarska or Dubrovnik. The apartments are away from the crowds and the bustling area of Split but very easy access to this great city! We are in a great family location serving you for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area's along the coast. We are proud to present you apartments designed to suit the needs and budget of any guest visiting Podstrana on either business or pleasure. We are a family run business that has been renting out apartments for over 15 years and pride ourselves in providing the best guest experience along the Dalmatian coast.
