The vision moves into production, where skilled carpenters and advanced technology work together to shape every detail. Within our 4,400 mยฒ facility, every element is crafted with intention and precision, using high-quality materials, the expertise of seasoned carpenters, and modern machinery, supported by refined production workflows.

Most components are fully assembled in-house first, allowing the team to perfect every joint, surface, and transition before preparing each piece for on-site installation. Quality control is integral to every step: nothing leaves the factory without a thorough review by a master carpenter, ensuring durability, consistency, and complete fidelity to the original design.

The result is locally produced, meticulously crafted elements that stand the test of time and are ready for seamless installation.

Have you ever wondered how finely crafted furniture can shape a space's atmosphere? For The LEO GRAND Hotel Vienna, we created a collection of bespoke benches that unite precision technology with meticulous hand-finishing, transforming each area into a place where guests can pause, unwind, and truly take in their surroundings.

For the avant-garde cafรฉ bar, we crafted low circular benches with individually upholstered "petal" backrests, alongside tall U-shaped benches that mirror the architecture's curves with exceptional accuracy. On the upper floor, two four-metre-long benches were carefully built and refined by hand, adding a sense of elegance and ease to the event hall and inviting guests to linger a little longer.

This project demonstrates how advanced production methods and skilled craftsmanship can come together to create furniture that offers not only functionality but also a warm, memorable experience. โœจ

Built to withstand Istriaโ€™s sun, wind, and rain, the collection features sleek powder-coated aluminium frames, warm brown finishes, and terracotta waterproof fabrics that harmonise beautifully with the wineryโ€™s landscape. Cushions with quick-dry foam and mesh underlayers ensure comfort in any season.

Whether savouring a lazy afternoon with a glass of wine or watching the sunset over the vineyards, these pieces invite guests to relax, linger, and thoroughly enjoy the stunning beauty of Istria.

From the impressive 13-meter bespoke wall shelves, crafted from powder-coated metal and MDF, to the striking signature round copper table in the VIP tasting room, every surface and piece showcases attention to detail. In the shop, reception, terrace, and restaurant, our furniture embodies the architectโ€™s vision, combining elegance, durability, and comfort.

The outdoor terrace furniture, thoughtfully made with weather-resistant materials, allows visitors to relax in style amidst Istriaโ€™s sublime surroundings, while the interior spaces whisper refinement with every detail.
