Through a transformative reconfiguration of two merged units, this 1,650 sq ft residence for architect-dog owners embodies disciplined spatial poetry. The open-plan living-dining-kitchen zone forms the heart of the home, anchored by a monolithic stainless-steel breakfast island transitioning seamlessly from cooking to gatherings with two canine companions.

The design honors the clients’ profession through precise proportions and honest material expression. Natural oak veneer walls and pet-resistant oak flooring provide warmth, contrasted by stainless-steel cabinetry countertops (scratch-resistant) and chair bases. A honed travertine dining table introduces organic texture. Intelligent minimalism permeates the space—no visible light switches disrupt clean lines, with integrated smart lighting responding to curated scenes and daily rhythms.

Nestled within the vibrant Taikoo Shing community, this meticulously designed 1100-square-foot, three-bedroom residence caters thoughtfully to a multi-generational family—a couple, their child, and an elder.

The heart of the home features a serene Japanese-inspired kitchen, anchored by a functional island counter. Natural oak cabinetry, sleek stainless steel countertops, warm grey tile flooring, and distinctive special painted walls create a harmonious aesthetic.

We were honored to collaborate with RICHARD MILLE and VOT to design their prestigious pre-owned flagship in Hong Kong’s Pacific Place. Spanning 123 sqm, our vision centered on embodying RICHARD MILLE’s fusion of avant-garde technology and human-centric luxury.
We created an immersive, gallery-like environment. Curve architectural lines and sophisticated materiality provide a serene, modern backdrop, allowing the exceptional timepieces and curated art/designer furniture to take center stage.

This 1800 square feet residence nestled where the sea blends seamlessly with the sky, serves as a peaceful retreat for a young couple amidst the urban hustle. Embracing a minimalist approach, this space captures their return to the essence of living. The design meticulously accentuates the sea view, infusing each detail with tranquillity that seems to expand the mind, resonating with the rhythm of the sea and sky.

此居所為一對年輕情侶所擁，佔地1800呎，窗外是海洋與天空交融的廣闊景致。在繁忙的都市生活中，這個空間成為了一處回歸生活本質的安寧之所，以柔和的極簡主義設計呈現出來。設計亦著墨於以每一處細節突出那道海景，渲染出一種靜謐而雅致的氛圍，讓人的心境隨之寬遠，仿若與海天同呼吸。

Jaak design team has sculpted a realm of subtle elegance with a palette of muted and blue-toned greys, employing clean, delicate lines to highlight the space's purity. To frame the picturesque ocean scenery, the team reconfigured the layout, removing the corridor in the living room that obstructed the view, thus extending the visual reach through the dining and living areas. Japanese-style sliding doors separate the study and master bedroom, while clear and floor-to-ceiling glass in the master bathroom offers uninterrupted views of the ocean. Here, each morning is gently awakened by the soft sounds of the waves.

Jaak團隊以淡然樸素的設計及灰色作主色調營造出素雅的氛圍，並透過簡潔而精緻的線條，強調空間的素淨。為了捕捉如詩如畫的景觀，設計團隊重組了整體佈局，以虛無的方式分隔各空間，移走客廳中間阻礙了景觀的走廊，貫穿飯廳及客廳。另外，以日式趟門區分書房及主臥房及以透徹的落地玻璃劃分主臥房內的浴室，讓海景飽覽無遺，在這裡，清晨由海浪的輕聲喚醒。
