餐廳以混搭風為設計藍本，融合歐洲各地流行的時尚元素，巧妙配搭富有歐陸色彩的裝潢及特色擺設，打造充滿歐洲風情的用餐環境。我們選用開放式大廳以營造強烈的空間感，再以柔和燈飾帶出現代化的時尚格調，讓前來的客人彷如置身歐洲城市小角，能夠放鬆心情，感受異國風情。
我們的設計團隊精心設計出一系列嶄新菜式，如『COMMA特盛拼盤』、『10’’脆趣薄餅』、『西班牙極黑豬鞍』、『頂級法式羊架及意大利飯系列』等，都是既能充份表現歐陸風味，卻不失特
色的著名菜式。
我們亦不時到訪不同國家吸取當地飲食文化作為靈感，致力打造年輕人飲食文化新潮流，務求以特式美食、貼心服務和獨一無二的用餐環境為客人打造一個全新且愉快難忘的用餐體驗。
COMMA現正籌備擴展業務至香港各區，希望能為各區的顧客帶來嶄新的美食體驗，並期望在不久的將來可以將我們的理念及文化延伸發展到不同的亞洲城市。
As a young & trendy dining brand, COMMA strives to bring the local delicacy of different European countries into every international city in Asia. In order to provide the most unforgettable dining experience to all our guests, we have created a series of ingenious dishes with a touch of our own interpretation that is highly influenced by the European dining culture. With our unique cooking techniques along with friendly prices, it is our constant mission to create a cosy yet spacious dining destination for every community in Hong Kong so guests can settle themselves from the bustling city life and enjoy spending time with friends and family. Our guests need only to step out of their doorstep to indulge in the most relaxing dining environment, just like being in one of those fascinating European countries. Our restaurants are definitely the ideal location for patrons to recharge themselves up by enjoying the delicious food served at COMMA. To fully represent this concept, we incorporated a selection of fashionable elements from modern Europe as well as integrating a collection of stylish decorations and furnishings into our interior space to craft the most unique dining environment. Another open atrium is created deliberately to reinforce a sense of spaciousness, so our patrons can get the same impression as if being somewhere in Europe every time they come...just another reason for them to relax and feel the exotic culture. In terms of cuisine, our team have carefully designed a series of brand new dishes, including the ‘COMMA Deluxe Platter’, ‘10’’ Chubby Pizza’, ‘Roast Spanish Batallé Duroc Pork Loin’, ‘Char-grilled Premium Rack of lamb’, ‘Risotto Series’ and more. All of them are cuisines that could fully represent our brand’s culinary concept without losing any of its European characteristics. Our culinary team also visit different countries regularly to learn from local food culture as a source of inspiration, we are fully committed to setting new dining trends for young generations and we strive to create the most unforgettable dining experience by providing quality food, heart-warming services and the most unique dining environment for all our customers. COMMA is currently under preparation in expanding its business into various districts in Hong Kong, hoping to bring our culinary concept to patrons across different communities. We also look forward to extending our philosophy and brand value into different Asian cities in the near future.
