傲玟 // 設計概念

了解位於傲玟的單位設計－原則大門直望後門，動線略顯突兀，設計師特意於入口處增設一道間隔牆，隱藏後門的同時，劃分出流暢且具隱私度的玄關。面對呈長方形、缺乏視覺焦點的客飯廳，我們在飯廳位置增設備餐區；客廳天花則融入弧形燈槽與假天花設計，修飾原有冷氣之餘，更將屋主的音響設備隱於無形。電視主牆精選質地細膩的牆紙，以低調的肌理突顯空間質感。主人房延續了大廳的淺木色系，床頭與床尾壁面巧妙搭配兩款不同紋理的牆紙，並配置雲石梳妝檯，堆疊出細膩的層次。兩間細房雖然面積有限，但為滿足屋主擺放大床的需求，我們將衣櫃採取懸浮式處理，大幅提升地面的視覺延伸感。

Explore the interior design of this residence at Grand Homm. To resolve an awkward layout where the front door looked straight through to the back door, a partition wall was added at the entrance, concealing the rear exit while carving out a private foyer. Facing a long, rectangular living and dining area, we introduced a dedicated pantry zone to establish a visual anchor. Overhead, a false ceiling with a curved light trough softens the existing air conditioning lines and cleverly conceals the homeowner's audio equipment, while a subtly textured wallpaper elevates the television feature wall. The master bedroom echoes the main area's light wood palette, pairing two distinct wallpaper textures with a marble vanity to build sophisticated layers. In the two smaller bedrooms, a floating wardrobe design was utilized to accommodate large beds without compromising the space, significantly enhancing the visual extension of the floor area.

擎天半島 // 從成長出發 以拱弧凝聚溫度

位於九龍站擎天半島的單位－全屋以日式木調搭配飾面層鋪為基調。從玄關的拱形換鞋座椅開始，特色的弧形半開放式廚房趟門與客廳沙發牆的條紋板互相呼應，配合弧形條子天花與窗邊的拱形設計，凝聚出溫馨的視覺焦點。一組由玄關一路延伸至電視牆的連貫式全高飾櫃，巧妙結合了陳列架，將日常收納與屋主的藏品展示融為一體。推開暗門進入休息區域，主人房靠牆設置了一系列收納櫃，並巧用窗台打造出一方悠閒坐墊區。女兒房則選用粉嫩色調，以雙層床設計為她闢出一片私人天地，並整合了書枱與衣櫃。獨立的在家工作空間則採用大地色調，氛圍柔和舒適。全雲石打造的浴室透過不同色調的石磚鋪砌洗手盆與牆鏡，展現簡潔細緻的層次感。

Beginning at the foyer with an arched changing seat, the home's fluid curves establish a welcoming theme. A distinctive arched, sliding kitchen door mirrors the ribbed paneling on the living room sofa wall. Together with the curved slatted ceiling and an arched window frame, these elements form a cozy visual anchor. Extending from the entrance to the television wall, a continuous full-height display cabinet cleverly integrates open shelving, blending daily storage with the display of the owners' curated collections. The master bedroom maximizes storage with a full-wall wardrobe system while smartly transforming the bay window into a relaxing window seat. Tailored in soft pastel tones, the daughter’s bedroom features a bunk bed to carve out a private sanctuary, fully integrating a desk and wardrobe. The dedicated home office embraces an earthy palette for a calm, soothing ambiance. The all-marble bathroom utilizes contrasting stone tiles around the vanity and mirror wall, adding a clean, sophisticated layer of texture to the space.

雲地利台 // 設計概念

位於跑馬地雲地利台的單位設計－全屋以淺色調與木質元素為基調，局部點綴雲石提升質感。飯廳選用黑鋼吊燈與客廳落地燈遙相呼應，以俐落線條營造分明的對比度；一側設置的L形餐邊櫃貼近廚房，完美兼顧日常備餐與高效收納。客廁以木材延續樸實輕鬆的氛圍，主廁則精選雲石築起精緻感。主人房延續日系風格，將木條子紋理與質感壁紙揉合，並以圓角修飾衣櫃邊角，線條更顯柔和。相鄰細房改造成兼具辦公與全高收納功能的多功能書房。位於另一側的兒子睡房，考慮到成長需求而配置了書枱，並貼心採用安全防撞的圓角設計。

This refined design at Ventris Place, Happy Valley pairs a light palette and warm wood with subtle marble accents to elevate the texture. In the dining area, a black steel pendant light echoes the living room's floor lamp for a crisp, linear contrast, while a nearby L-shaped sideboard near the kitchen seamlessly balances meal prep with ample storage. The guest bathroom features simple wood elements for a relaxed vibe, contrasting with the master bathroom’s refined, curated marble. The master bedroom continues the Japanese aesthetic, blending timber slats with textured wallpaper and utilizing soft, rounded wardrobe edges. Next to it, a small room is reimagined into a multifunctional study with full-height cabinetry. On the opposite side of the home, the son’s bedroom includes a dedicated desk tailored for growth, thoughtfully finished with rounded corners for enhanced safety.

半山壹號 // 白木交織 悠然慢活之所

位於何文田半山壹號的單位－這是屬於一對退休夫婦的家，玄關處設置大型儲物櫃滿足收納需求，中央的中空設計有效減輕壓迫感。為提升視覺連貫性，我們設計了一道由客廳延伸至主人房入口的特色牆，並巧妙運用隱藏門技術，讓空間更顯大氣完整。廚房外增設的中島吧檯，則為日常輕食增添悠閒氛圍。主人房則重新佈局，將衣帽間置於睡床與套廁之間，既增加儲物量也優化了動線。其餘兩間細房則合二為一，轉化為兼具書房、休閒區與衣櫃收納的多功能空間；當有親朋留宿時，亦能隨時轉換為臨時客房，極大化空間的使用彈性。

Located at Celestial Heights, this residence was redesigned for a refined retired lifestyle. At the foyer, full-height cabinetry provides ample storage, featuring a central hollow niche to alleviate visual weight. To enhance continuity, a feature wall extends from the living room to the master suite, seamlessly integrating a hidden door to create a cohesive, grander interior. An island bar added outside the kitchen offers a relaxed setting for light meals. The master bedroom was reconfigured with a walk-in closet positioned between the sleeping area and ensuite, optimizing both storage and daily flow. Additionally, two smaller rooms were merged into a multifunctional space that serves as a study, leisure area, and dressing room, while remaining flexible enough to transform into a guest room when needed.

貝沙灣 // 設計概念

了解位於貝沙灣的單位設計－這座承載了五口之家十多年回憶的居所，隨着孩子成長迎來了空間律動的全面重組。設計師重塑餐廚佈局，將原有的飯廳後移至客廳後方，讓公共區域呈現雙連貫視界並飽覽開闊海景，而鄰近廚房的原飯廳則轉化為多功能中島區，配合增設收納地台的閱讀角落，為家人創造更多交流空間。客廳右側的隱藏門完美銜接主人房，床頭對準大海並巧妙開窗將自然光引入原本的黑廁，後方更規劃了寬敞的步入式衣帽間。針對成長中的孩子，我們將兩間睡房打通，讓兩子在採光充足的寬闊空間中擁有各自的書桌與儲物櫥櫃；此外，更因應屋主需求規劃了獨立的家居辦公室，配置高櫃與寬敞工作面，在繁忙都市中為一家五口打造出機能與美學並重的理想生活藍圖。

Discover this Bel-Air transformation: a home of 10+ years redesigned for a growing family of five. By relocating the dining area, we opened up a continuous living space with uninterrupted sea views, turning the old dining nook into a versatile kitchen island and a sunlit reading corner. A hidden door reveals the primary suite, which now features a sea-facing bed, a naturally lit ensuite, and a walk-in wardrobe. We also combined two smaller rooms into a spacious shared bedroom for the sons and added a private home office with high-capacity storage. It’s a thoughtful redesign that merges modern functionality with timeless beauty.
