M的三次方是立方米，代表一個立體空間上的概念。香港太小太擁擠，M3立方國際青年社區旨在在有限的空間裡，把平面化的東西立體化，融入更多的元素，打造一個多功能的社區空間。3個M分別代表的是:

Maximum，空間利用達到最大化，功能儘可能齊全化；

Minimum, 每一個設計都是精心設計，著眼到最小的細節上，提供更人性化的服務；

Merge, M3立方國際青年社區就是為了打造一個線下的Facebook，促進人與人之間的交流，從而達到真正意義上的融合。

ALL INCLUSIVE, NO HIDDEN FEE! M³ International Youth Community includes various elements in a limited space. There are three dimensions in a M³:

-Maximum: M³ maximizes the space efficiency with carefully designed room structure and carefully picked supplies.

-Minimum: No detail is too small for us to take care of. We make every little improvements in order for personalized service and comfortable living experience.

-Merge: M³ creates an "offline Facebook" that brings different people together. People here not only live together, but also contribute to the community on mutual trust and respect.
