We are pleased to share that our team has successfully delivered a 13-week office refurbishment in only 11 weekends, completing the scope ahead of schedule in 2 IFC.
The project focused on reconfiguring the workspace from a 6-unit layout to 4 units. Our delivery strategy began with refurbishing the operationally retained area, enabling a controlled transition of people and filings into the front zone. We then proceeded with the subsequent partitioning and reconfiguration to finalize the new layout. Upon completion, the client was able to hand back the unrequired areas, supporting cost efficiency through optimized rental utilization.
Delivery & Coordination
While the original program targeted 13 weekends, strong collaboration with all subcontracting trades and disciplined onsite coordination allowed us to achieve completion in 11 weekends.

Weekly operational readiness was essential—each Monday the workspace needed to return to working condition. This required precise scheduling, time management, and careful sequencing* throughout the project lifecycle.
