We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while youβre exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether youβre at Hey2Hey official page or at our Hey2Hey Shop (To make it visually easier on both of us, weβll refer to these entities as the βHey2Hey Shopβ in this policy.)
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at a Hey2Hey Shop.
Standard Exchange Policy
All products purchased at Hey2Hey Shop in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please leave a message on Hey2Hey office page (@hey2hey or @hey2heygroup) or contact us on (852) 3488 7623. If Hey2Hey determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. Hey2Hey reserves the right to test your defective products.
To bring back a product eligible for exchange (not purchased in volume), simply follow the instruction of Hey2Hey Shop Customer Service and bring back your product to Hey2Hey Shop in person with the original receipt (or electronic receipt message) and original packaging within 7 calendar days of the date you receive the product.
Please note the following:
Eligible products can be exchanged only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
Hey2Hey requires the customers to remove any security pattern or passcode on their products before the return or exchange. If you do not disable these features prior to sending back your device for an exchange, Hey2Hey may refuse to exchange.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Hey2Hey Shop reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Hey2Hey Shop at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
Order Receipt and Status Check
Information contained at Hey2Hey Shop constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any products. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. Once we receive your order, weβll provide you with an appointment for order confirmation. Your acknowledgement of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Hey2Heyβs acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order.
The decision to accept your order is in our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we wonβt accept your order until we have prepared your product for delivery. In most cases this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. Hey2Hey may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Hey2Hey may require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. After you receive our appointment order confirmation, you can check your orders status with us at anytime. When we double confirm with you one day prior the delivery, it means that we have accepted your order.
Delivery
Hey2Hey offers MTR delivery. You can place your order via Hey2Hey official page and instruct our staff for the MTR delivery arrangement. Hey2Hey shall confirm the order, delivery location and time one day before the delivery. Hey2Hey requires you to check the item(s) in front of our delivery staff before the payment; and you are solely responsible to count and confirm the change before you leave. After your department, Hey2Hey is not liable to any monetary loss. Hey2Hey examines all items before the delivery. As a result, you should not accept the item when it does not reach your exception.
In-Store Pickup
Hey2Hey offers in-store pickup for many of the items available. Hey2Hey will notify you when your order is ready and the date and time by which you need to pick up your items. If Hey2Hey does not hear any response from you after the scheduled pickup time, we shall shift the item to another customer without any notice. Hey2Hey requires you to check the items in front of our staff; and our staff shall run the test of your items together with you at Hey2Hey Shop to make sure you are satisfied with the item before the payment. You are solely responsible to count and confirm the change before your departure. After the departure, Hey2Hey is not liable to any monetary loss.
Hong Kong Sales Only
Hey2Hey will not ship and/or deliver items outside of the Hong Kong.
Hey2Hey One-Year Limited Warranty
Hey2Hey provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the items; such one-year limited warranty is not applicable to the gift(s).
Data Protection
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data provided by you for the purposes of processing your order.
General
This policy will be governed by the laws of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong. Both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Region. Neither our failure or your failure to enforce any term of the policy constitutes a waiver of such term. Such failure shall in no way affect the right later to enforce such term.
