The main concept design is to convey sonic environments and sound frames focused on diversity, quality and style. Further to that, it's been our aim to provide:

Creative Freedom: The package is intended for those who need straightforward samples, with a variety of versions in each articulation group for maximum creative freedom. Versatility: Multiple versions of the same sound are provided so you can pick up whatever suits your needs best. Precision: All sounds are trimmed with extreme attention to accuracy, so that each of them is ready to use "as is". Hope you find it useful and we'd greatly appreciate your feedback. We are taking everything into account for our next libraries, which are coming soon. We are always in continuing search of interesting and useful sound sets that constantly will added in the catalogue.

An excellent podcast we just listened to, which is very related to the new series of relaxing soundscapes we previously shared here.

In this episode, the guys at Twenty Thousand Hertz explore what technology humans have been using to shape our sonic environment - white noise machines, nature recordings, noise-canceling headphones, and high-tech hearables that all allow us to create an auditory safe space we can escape into.

Do check it out. It's very interesting ;-)

Two interesting articles to read on the impact of the lack of crowd noises during the Olympic sports events, and how sound designers try to address this problem by sourcing these sounds from sound effects libraries or archives of previous Olympics.

“COVID has completely changed Olympic sound design. The lack of spectators means that the roar of the crowd is entirely absent. And with relative silence compared to the constant high volume of tens of thousands of people, we end up hearing cicadas buzzing, lights humming and camera shutters clicking. This is addressed partly by fake crowd noise."
