Zanotta Shop Athens Kolonaki - Athens based mono-brand Zanotta Shop Founded in 1954, Zanotta is one of the foremost leaders in the history of Italian Design.

From the sixties onwards, guided by intuition and extraordinary talent of its founder, Aurelio Zanotta, conquered the international scene with its products, emblematic both in terms of formal and technological innovation. DESIGNERS:

PRODUCTS:
The collection has now developed according to different product types: armchairs, sofas, beds, cabinets, bookcases, chairs, tables, coffee tables and furnishing accessories. The technologies used for production are different and allow, in line with the corporate philosophy aimed at searching and experimentation, the use of many advanced materials such as metals (aluminum alloys, stainless steel, brass, bronze, ...) plastics , crystal, marble and granite, wood, fabrics and leathers. MUSEUMS:
Rising from the most obvious and well-established projects or representing counter, Zanotta many pieces are mentioned in design history books and exhibited in major museums around the world (MoMA and Metropolitan Museum in New York, Centre George Pompidou in Paris, London's Design Museum , Museum of Art and Crafts in Berlin, Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem ...) AWARDS:
There are numerous awards and accolades that have been assigned to Zanotta for his operato.Tra these there are three Gold Compass Awards received in 1968 for the shell hut designed by Roberto Menghi, in 1979 for the clothes designed by Shanghai Pas-de-D'Urbino Lomazzi Tonietta in 1987 for the chair designed by Enzo Mari.
