This colororful room is one of the three in a 110 sq.mtr.house. The house is on the 1st floor of a characteristical, neoclassical building at the lively neighborhood Exarheia, in the centre of Athens, near Strefis and Lycabetus hills. This room with nice wooden floor and the big window, offers: a double (140*200) bed, cloths rag, chest of drawers, table – desk with chairs, fan for the summer hottest days and central gas heating system for the cold winter days.
The house also has two big bathrooms and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
All bills are included in this price (380euros). Also included wifi, warm water 24hours/day. As a special offer, once a month, free cleaning. Sheets and towels provided.
