Long time no post, still here!

Elderflower and lemon thyme crème brûlée!

The perfect summer pudding recipe!! followed recipe but added the lemon thyme in. 🤤

A classic! Prawn cocktail is one of my favourite starters for Xmas day. It’s a quick, easy and light dish and please don’t buy the sauce, below is my sauce recipe.
What do you have for your starter?
Ingredients
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tb spoon of brandy
1/4 tea spoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ketchup
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Recipe
Just combine the ingredients, then I like to mix in the prawns (if you’re feeling flash a bit of crab meat in there too) serve on some shredded lettuce, diced plum tomatoes, cucumber and avocado, add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and a lemon wedge and you’re done!

Hot chocolate anyone?
I can’t take credit for the brownie and marshmallows, my wife made them! 🤩 but wow homemade marshmallows are a game changer for a hot chocolate! 👌🏻

A great winter warmer!! Who’s in? 🤷🏻‍♂️
French lentils, herb sausage, parmentier potatoes and a good dollop of homemade Mayo! 🤤 If you haven’t made homemade Mayo I’d highly recommend it, below is a every easy recipe to try!
Mayo recipe:
2 eggs
4 tsp Dijon Mayo
4 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 cups olive oil
Recipe:
To get started, first, add the eggs, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and sugar to the bowl of a food processor. Process the ingredients for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and combined. Then very slowly add oil until all is combined and it thickens. Store in airtight jar for 4-5 days.

‘The Giants’
A piece of artwork I finished this week, my art pretty much depicts my mood that day, however most times I don’t really have an idea which way it will take me until I start. 😬
On that note with the crazy windy weather I think we’ll just bunker down and I’ll be painting some more!
