Ignition key stuck in Ignition with engine running in Bishopthorpe. After removing the key for the customer I returned the following day with a replacement part.
The ignition housing was the problem on this occasion so I removed the damaged one and replaced it with a new version but fitted the customers original ignition barrel so no new keys were needed.
Customer back on the road again.

Van locks fitted to this 2022 Citroën Relay in Wigginton. Customer bought a van and needed to secure it with Ultilock hooklocks which I supplied and fitted.

Another Ford Transit with ignition barrel problems in York.
Customer could not remove his key from the ignition barrel so I removed the barrel then supplied built and fitted a new ignition barrel to match the customers original key blade at his work.

Replacement key card for this Renault Captur 2015 in Acomb.

Ignition barrel repair on this Fiat Ducato 2022 in Market Weighton, York.
The customer could not turn his key in the ignition without forcing it. I removed and stripped the barrel and replaced worn wafers, rebuilt it and fitted it back into the van.
The customers original remote key has a fresh blade and I also supplied cut and programmed a new transponder key, both now work perfectly.

Ignition barrel won't turn in this Audi A3 2012 in Knaresborough.
After testing all 3 components of this Ignition the faulty part was identified.
A new ignition housing was supplied and fitted and the customers original ignition barrel was fitted so car works on original keys and customer back on the road again.
