As a small business, I don’t have the time to answer the phone while I’m hands-on with repairs.
That said, if you do call us, our AI receptionist is learning and getting better at answering queries with every call.

We cannot give quotes (or even ballpark figures) over the phone.

All repairs and bookings now start with seeing the wheels — the quickest and most accurate way is to send us clear photos via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or our website.

You’re also welcome to pop by the shop with the wheels.

For buckle and weld repairs, please just send us a message with photos — we’ll reply as quickly as we can. Please don’t ask us to call you back.

We know this is a change, but it really helps us reply faster, give more accurate quotes, and get your wheels fixed quicker.
