🚍 WE ARE RECRUITING – MINIBUS DRIVER 🚍

Would you like a rewarding role helping people in your local community?

Keep Mobile Community Transport are looking for a caring and reliable Minibus Driver to join our friendly team.

The role involves transporting members of the community to appointments, shopping trips, lunch clubs and social activities across Wokingham Borough and Bracknell Forest.

✅ Part-time paid position
✅ Full MiDAS training provided
✅ Friendly and supportive team
✅ Rewarding community role
✅ Driving experience with larger vehicles helpful but not essential

We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working with people
• Is patient, friendly and reliable
• Has a full driving licence with D1
• Wants to make a real difference in the community

Successful applicants will:
• Spend a morning out on one of our buses to see if the role is right for them
• Attend an interview
• Complete 2 days MiDAS training
• Have 3 days supported driving with one of our experienced drivers before driving independently

This is a fantastic opportunity to help reduce loneliness and support local people to stay independent.

Many of our members rely on us to get to medical appointments, shopping trips, lunch clubs, and social outings – helping them stay independent and connected.

If you have a little spare time, enjoy meeting people, and would like to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. Flexible opportunities available.

Keep Mobile Community Transport CIO is looking for new Trustees to join our Board and help guide the future of our charity.
We provide vital community transport services for older people, disabled residents, and those who struggle to access public transport, helping people stay independent, attend appointments, and remain connected to their communities.
We are looking for people with enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a desire to make a real difference. You do not need previous trustee experience – just a willingness to support a local charity that changes lives every day.
Becoming a Trustee is a fantastic opportunity to:

✅ Gain valuable leadership and governance experience
✅ Meet new people and be part of a friendly team
✅ Help tackle loneliness and isolation locally

🌟 We Did It – Wokingham Walk Completed! 🌟

We are delighted to share that the Keep Mobile team successfully completed the Wokingham Walk to help raise funds for Keep Mobile Community Transport. 👟🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

It was a fantastic day, and we are so grateful to everyone who supported us, sponsored us, and cheered us on along the way. Your kindness and encouragement mean so much to us.

Every penny raised will help us continue providing vital transport services for older and disabled people in our community, helping them attend appointments, go shopping, enjoy social outings, and stay connected.

🚐 Volunteer Driver Needed – Make a Difference in Your Community 🚐

Keep Mobile Community Transport is looking for a reliable volunteer driver to help us provide essential transport for local residents.

📅 Days needed:
Mondays and Tuesdays

📍 Role:
You’ll be driving our fully accessible minibuses, helping older and vulnerable people get to day centres, appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
