This bespoke build includes 4 stables, a dedicated wash bay, hay and log stores, plus a spacious workshop with an impressive 10ft eave height — combining practicality, comfort, and style all under one roof.

This was a made to measure barn to suit not only the tight space, but the varying heights of access due to the sloping drive.

We’re thrilled to share the completion of our brand-new stable yard in Monmouthshire! 🐴✨
Built with care and quality craftsmanship, the yard features multiple spacious boxes and a beautiful central Archway.

Big thank you to the team for pulling out all the stops this week and getting it installed within 4 Days!

Contributing to Agricultural Resilience: A New Hay Drying Facility

We've recently completed work on a substantial hay drying facility. In regions like ours, where the weather can be unpredictable, ensuring high-quality forage for animals can be a real challenge.
Our role involved developing the internal structure of this large facility. This included partitioning off areas and installing raised floors, which are essential components for the ventilation system that helps dry the hay effectively. The sheer scale of the project meant we were installing walls up to 10meters tall and covering over 600 square meters of floor space and almost 1000 posts cut and machined to support the Mesh floors!

The core purpose of this facility is to allow hay to be cut even when outdoor drying conditions aren't ideal. By enabling the hay to be dried indoors, this system offers a practical solution for producing quality feed, reducing dependence on prolonged dry spells.

The hay that goes into this hay drying shed will primarily be for rabbits!!!

All installed this week, all three customised to suit the clients needs

1) 12x24 shelter with 2 6ft gates and a fixed half height partition

2) 12x24 shelter with 2 6ft gates and a gated partition for more flexibility

Lovely little Stable and Tackroom fitted Yesterday.

Custom size measuring a total footprint of 4.1m x4.8m.

Fitted with a sliding rear window to allow for added airflow and for the horse to see his friends out in the field while he is on box rest!

🐴 Presenting our latest project! 🐴
This custom Project contains:
🐴 3.6m overhang on the front face and a 1.2m overhang on the rear face
🐴 2 x 3.6m x3.6m stables
🐴 1.8x3.6m Tackroom
🐴 5m x 3.6m Storage room

Both stables have front and rear stable doors for access into different paddocks.
Throughout the building it has been lined to the ridge with 18mm OSB boarding, the stables have also been fitted with a 9mm plastic stock board which has been bonded the walls. This provides a tough and durable surface that is easily cleaned.

18mm solid rubber matting has been fitted throughout both stables.
