This little lovely is also going to Toad Hall tomorrow to join the clearance sale. This classic elegant side/end/occasional table is painted in Paris Grey - quite a soft pale grey- with a stronger colour showing through on the carved top. Great as a lamp or plant stand, or that essential hall table for letters, change and keys! The handy little pot shelf underneath looks lovely with a plant, ornament or books on it. The height is 73 cm. A bargain at just £15.

Clearance Sale! Pompom is leaving Toad Hall and is having a clearance sale. Please pop along to pick up a bargain or contact me if you cannot get to Wimborne.
Here are some of the items in the sale at Toad Hall:
- Lovely solid pine kitchen dresser. Plenty of storage and display space. Was £245, Now £125.
- Set of Retro table and four (newly upholstered) chairs. Was £159, Now £125.
- Beautiful Gustavian style chest of drawers. Was £65, Now £45.

Next up is my steam punk side/occassional table with lock and key storage and a false bottom for your secret stash. All utterly industrial looking - made from an old deed box, with brand new hairpin legs and a rustic shelf inside with the wood knot providing a ready made finger hole! I had to wrestle Mr Pompom to the ground to get this back out of his man cave after photographing it up there! This will also be winging its way to Toad Hall this week.

This beautiful weather has inspired me to make some very different pieces this week! First up, and coming to Toad Hall later this week, is a Gustavian style set of bow fronted drawers. The base colour is a vibrant turquoise (this also lines the inside of the drawers). The tuquoise has been overworked with Old White and Paris Grey, distressed and waxed. Phew - hot work in all this sunshine....but worth it!

Look at these lovely legs! Added to Pompom today at Toad Hall - French/Gustavian style console table. The summer green is on the inside of the legs as well as around the edge of the table top. Nice little statement piece.
