Please do not forget that tomorrow will be the final Saturday we open our doors as we move forward with our new trading hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday only from the 1st June.

For over 50 years, Saturday mornings have been a part of life here at Sherman & Young Timber Ltd. However, as business trends and customer demands continue to evolve, so must we. This change is an important step in supporting a healthier and happier work-life balance for our hardworking staff.

At Sherman & Young Timber Ltd, we remain proud to be an independent timber merchant dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to all our customers. Behind everything we do is a fantastic team whose professionalism, dedication, and commitment allow us to maintain the standards we are known for.

Effective From 1st June 2026. 🗓️

❗Our new Opening Hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00AM – 5PM
Saturday and Sunday Closed. ❗

This change has been made as part of our commitment to supporting the well-being of our team and creating a healthier work-life balance for our staff. We believe that by giving our employees more time to rest and recharge, we can continue to provide you with the high level of service and care you expect from us.
