In light of the latest Government announcement I would appeal to people to maintain there mot schedule where possible as a self employed mechanic and garage owner this latest announcement has the potential to effectively put me out of business whilst an alternative plan to enable me feed my family has not been finalised or even proposed yet
They have said it's up to you to keep your vehicle in a road worthy condition and it has been my experience that people don't know of the defects on their vehicle until mot time

Just to add a small note I've not posted this to drum up business for myself hence no attached contact details I genuinely feel if those that are able to keep the world turning by following as near to normality as is possible stop doing it is detrimental to us all so IF YOU CAN BOOK IN WITH WHOMEVER YOU USUALLY USE

Just to let people know whilst the current situation is unfolding we are still open for business

If you are self isolating or even if you just want to minimize contact with others we can offer a contact less service whereby we can collect your vehicle carry out the necessary work and deliver it back to you and take remote payments

If you work full time and struggle to schedule maintenance and repairs now might be an ideal time to take advantage
We also have in place a discount scheme for unite members for full details check out the unite website
