by this we mean unless you have arranged a time and date, phone number and exchanged addresses either for delivery or collection then the item is still for sale!

2. We do not hold items as we don't have the space, as we don't have a show room and work from home and this way we can keep the cost down so we can pass the bargains on to you our customers.

3. We don't know what's coming in from week to week so we can't guarantee what's in the next shipping container

4. All items are put on this page at least 20 mins before being put on Facebook market place and selling pages.

5. Yes you may come view items but only via appointment, and the item is still available. We will let you know if it's sells before your viewing time.

6. We are not your personal shoppers 🤣 no we can not send you pictures before putting them on the page as that is not fair on everyone else.

7. In the nicest possible way, no we do not want your old sofa, the same as you don't want it. We sell New and Ex-display items

8. Delivery
We offer delivery starting at £5 for Weston and Worle. The further away you are the more it cost. Delivery fees are to be paid if you have the item delivered or if you we arrive and you've change your mind, still needs to be paid.

9. We do not take items back or refunds. When you Collect or Delivery that is your time to check the item over and makes sure you are happy with it.

10. Payment either Cash or Bank transfer on delivery or collection never before and we do not take deposits for items. You pay for the item when you either Collect or when we Deliver to you.
