On another note....we are selling another boat:

Isis is a 24’ Tamar motor sailer with a centre cockpit fore and aft cabin and wheelhouse. She was totally refurbished 5 years ago at a cost of 12k
including :

- New engine 20hp kubota beta engine, now showing - 340 hrs from new and fully serviced for this season.
- Rewiring throughout and a solar charging system.
-New radio
-New sails and sail covers
-New upholstery
-New toilet & cooker and calorific water heater ,water pump etc.

She is fully operational bilge keel lying at Topsham. She is a spacious boat with two roomy cabins. Sails in great condition!
A really great boat for exploring the uk coast or taking further afield. Sad to be selling, but struggling for time!

!!! EXCITING NEWS!!!!

After many requests and much anticipation we are pleased to announce that we will finally be hosting another of our renowned log cabin courses this April!!!

Dan Franklin and the Woodenways log building team have been running these courses successfully since 1996. These courses have taught some of the best cabin builders in the country and have a reputation far and wide.

On this course you will learn how to build your own log cabin, it is intensive and no holds barred. We will share our knowledge and experience to help you build log cabins.

Many of our past students have gone on to successfully build their own log cabins and there are now at least ten successful log cabin building companies in the UK whom we have trained.

The Woodenways team have been busy the last few years focused on other things so don’t miss the opportunity to join us on our first Log Cabin course in years!!!

If you're new to us, let us introduce ourselves:

We are a traditional full scribe Canadian Log Cabin and Timber Frame construction company based in Mid Devon. Directed by Dan Franklin, we are dedicated to building unique and sustainable quality timber structures.

We also undertake a wide range of projects both locally and worldwide, cut and supply local timber and provide renowned training services in both log cabin and timber-frame building.

We're new to Facebook, but we look forward to using this page to post photos of our past and upcoming projects, to bring you information about our upcoming courses and to advertise our accommodation packages.
