All of our furniture is made in-house by our own craftsmen using only the finest materials and with the pride and attention to detail that we have come to regard as standard. A talented interior stylist, my wife Irene plays an important part in Stan Matthews Design by offering a first class interiors service to accompany our offer of bespoke fitted furniture. We can provide you with an interior style consultancy service tailored to your requirements and your budget. Whether you are looking to fully transform your home or simply refresh a room by making a few simple changes to your soft furnishings, accessories, wall colour or room layout, we can work with you to achieve your goal. I started in the fitted furniture industry over 38 years ago and have a wealth of experience in shopfitting, furniture production and project management. Having been a director at two of the country’s leading producers and suppliers of fitted furniture it was in the late 1980’s that I decided to work independently and open my own showroom. My wife Irene joined the company adding a very complimentary interior styling service to our business. Despite the ups and downs of the economy over recent years, Irene and I have never looked back and our business has gained an excellent reputation for both exceptional service and the quality of our work.
