Some recent old chairs we have done. Rubbed down, painted in a navy blue., waxed. Then reupholstered in the wonderful Orla Kiely fabric and fire retardant fabric. Loved saving these from being thrown out.

A beautiful large sideboard. Lovingly restored and changed a little to bring a bit of dynamism to any room. Looking at the build it’s a modern reproduction. Not super old. Maybe 40/50 years or so.

Finished with a lovely patterned paper to the drawers.

Yesterday I was working on a piece. Not one for sale just experimenting with a laminate set of drawers. It was far too cold and this morning I checked if it was dry. It seems the frost has made a beautiful pattern. A lovely surprise even though it will be rubbed down and repainted.

Beautifully restored but with all its character retained. Lovely solid wood which has been sanded and waxed to show the wonderful grain. Brass handles. Painted with Rustoleum Carbon paint and waxed for durability. Would make a beautiful addition to any bedroom. A stunning piece. Pictures don’t do it justice. A very heavy piece. Matches with the other piece we have for-sale.

Beautifully restored but with all its character retained. Lovely solid wood which has been sanded and waxed to show the wonderful grain. Brass handles and two small vanity drawers. Painted with Rustoleum Carbon paint and waxed for durability. Mirror showing signs of age in a couple of tiny spots but doesn’t affect it at all. Would make a beautiful addition to any bedroom. A stunning piece. Pictures don’t do it justice. A very heavy piece.

Reimagined 1940s tallboy cupboard.

This beautiful utility piece, made of solid oak and veneer, would add a touch of style to just about any room. Its timeless design features two good-sized drawers and a large cupboard, offering plenty of storage.

In good condition, it has been stripped and refinished to reveal the richness of the oak and the beautiful pattern of the grain. Painted with a dark blue/grey paint and waxed. Finish with some lovely vibrant paper.

Reimagined Solid Oak Sideboard.

A beautiful solid sideboard. Very heavy. Came to us with some damage to the top. We have sanded, painted and waxed it. Beautiful dark blue/grey paint. Waxed inside and out. It does have a couple of very small drilled holes in the back for wires. Silver handles compliment the blue paint.

This will look great anywhere.
