Here is the beginning of a new project we have just started. 2 weeks and managed to get the roof on and sealed for Christmas 🎄

This roof had previously been done by a cowboy. Felt not torched on and able to lift it straight off. Nails poking through everywhere. Boarded in cheap 10mm osb and structure was rediculous. Real poor workmanship.
Look at the damage caused 🤦‍♂️

Another little flat roof 👌💪

Strengthened structure
Boarded with 18mm thick ply
Underfelt and top mineral coat
Felt torched on, underneath the coping stones.

Leadwork/re-bed copings to Finnish it off 👌🔥

Here is a transformation from an old plastic corrugated sheet roof to now a nicely fresh felted roof 🔥🔥

All old sheets and a lot of original framework removed. Strengthened with new timbers. Boarded and felted. New facia board. All drip sections re-done and battened out to stand off facia and blend the 2 roofs 👌💯
