WARRINGTON came together for an unforgettable evening of celebration at the Inclusion Starts With Us Awards Night — an event created and driven by 15-year-old Nathan Jack Gerrard.

What an amazing awards ceremony for Inclusion Starts With Us this was their first award event and what a start it was, especially with the Mayor of Warrington Cllr Mo Hussain who stayed and gave a heart warming speech.

A truly inspiring evening listening to each story made me think about my own life story, with having a son with complex needs and a daughter who has devotes on him and this is why Inclusion starts with us is close to my heart.

A big thanks goes out to Aimy Louise for booking me for the event and all the sponsors who devoted their time for this event.

Congratulations Nathan-Jack for having the idea for Inclusion Starts With Us, very inspiring.

One of the things I love doing as a DJ is giving time to give back. Last night at The Windings Extra Care Scheme near Frodsham was a blast.

Playing classics from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s I even threw in cheesy bangers.

Even though some of the residents couldn’t get up and dance, they danced whilst they were sitting and singing along. Some who could dance did so, they loved it. They even put a bag down and danced around it, loved that.

These nights nights are probably look forward to the most.
