Bespoke joinery, beautifully considered ✨

This bespoke living room joinery combines oil-stained oak veneer panels with solid oak beading, bringing warmth, depth and texture to the space. Integrated warm-white LED lighting softly highlights the joinery, while sliding screens conceal the TV and allow the wallpaper mural to become a striking piece of artwork when closed.

Built to belong ✨

A thoughtfully designed extension for our client in West Byfleet, created to feel like it has always been part of the home.

The extension provides a new bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, with a carport below - adding valuable living space while remaining sympathetic to the character of the existing property.

Attention to detail was key. We carefully sourced a blend of roof tiles so the new roof integrates seamlessly with the existing one. We also reused the fascia boards and added a matching finial, carrying the original architectural details through to the new extension.

The carport is formed around a structural steel frame, encapsulated within substantial brick columns. As well as concealing the steelwork, the columns create a strong architectural statement and give the extension a real sense of permanence.

A considered addition where new and existing work together as one.

Exciting progress at our client’s property in East Molesey!

Our team are carrying out extensive structural and renovation works, including careful brickwork removal, external alterations and groundwork preparation, getting everything ready for the construction of the new extension and the next phase of the build.

Plenty more progress to come! 👷‍♂️🔨

Progress on site 🏗️

The structure is taking shape on this large two-storey extension, with the timber framing and roof coming together. We’re now getting the site ready for the installation of the new windows, which will bring plenty of natural light into the extension and really start to transform the space.
