TEMPORARY CALL HANDLERS/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR AN INBOUND CALL CENTRE

Are you looking for temporary employment working for a leading professional organisation?

Do you have a genuine passion and experience of providing excellent customer service?

Are you able to commit to a full-time role working Monday-Sunday, 5 days out of 7 and variable shifts between 8am-8pm?

We are looking for a number of Call Handlers to join our growing business. Your key role and responsibilities will include;

Taking inbound calls from customers with a wide range of queries
Providing an exceptional level of service at all times
Updating systems accordingly
Working as part of a team

To be suitable for this busy and challenging role you should have the following key attributes and experience;

Strong customer service experience
Good communication skills
The ability to build rapport and engage with customers
Able to cope with taking a high volume of calls
Must be flexible to work shifts 5 days over 7, hours allocated between 8am to 8pm

Full training will be provided to successful candidates

Spóźnienia: Proszę być zawsze 10-15 min wcześniej by wpisać się na listę i przygotować do rozpoczęcia pracy o podanej godzinie. Punktualność to jedna z naszych zalet.

Wyjście na papierosa jest dozwolone jedynie na przerwie - podczas pracy jest niedopuszczalne!
